Longitudinal study of the cognitive functions of people affected by Fibromyalgia

General objective of the project:

A great deal of research makes evident that people affected by Fibromyalgia suffer from alterations in their cognitive functioning (attention, memory, etc.), which is an additional obstacle in their daily lives. The main goal of the study consists in seeing if these people suffer a decline of the cognitive functions with the passage of time, similarly to what happens with the mild cognitive deterioration in the dementias.
